Là Bàs it means over there in French. On car rides Karen loves to listen to her CD's and the Kids Most requested song is Là Bàs. Là Bàs is by Grégory Lemarchal this singer has 4 octives and won star academy in France. ( Star Academy is like the French American Idol.) He had an amazing voice, when I home I am going to download Là Bàs from itunes onto my ipod. If you Here his voice, you will know it's maybe the best voice you have ever heard!!!!!
His voice is a true miricle because he had Cystic Fibrosis. Cystic Fibrosis is a Fatal disease that damages the lungs, so for him even able to sing let alone have an amazing voice is a miricle. He has one album out that you can download from itunes.
Grègory Lemarchal died of Cystic Fibrosis at the age of 24. He lived an amazing life and had an icrediable voice. His name lives on in France, as does his music. Now whenever Karen plays that song I think and ask my self the question how could someone so gifted be so cursed?
